Anyway i had to go through over 3000 files to find the culprit and it was a 03.package file that was in one of my sub folders in CAS folder which i use to store clothes, skins tones, objects etc etc. It wasn't any of the mods that were the issue, it was stuff that i download for clothes, objects etc. If anyone wants a fix here is what i done.
